A restaurant that hires mostly deaf workers has run afoul of the city of Toronto--because of a temporary wheelchair ramp. We first told you about
Signs restaurant in July
here. The notice to remove the wheelchair ramp was posted on the
Facebook page of the restaurant. The owners wrote, "We put up a temporary ramp as a quick fix while we apply for a permanent one." Read more at CTV
