Investigation into county court not using interpreters

A county in Eastern Pennsylvania apparently violated ADA law when it failed to provide a certified interpreter for a deaf defendant last month. When Steven Gonzalez appeared for arraignment in Northampton County for charges of theft and receiving stolen property, there was no one who signed.
