Judge Orders school to Accommodate Deaf Student

A judge is ordering a Yakima, Washington school to accommodate a deaf student while his case is heard. Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences accepted his application for enrollment and then withdrew it when administrators realized Zachary Featherstone was deaf. The judge granted the preliminary injunction because Featherstone is likely to win his case. The decision means Featherstone can start school August 4th along with other students.
