A free video streaming site is using crowd sourcing to get more captions on videos. Viki.com allows its 30 million users to write captions in the language of their choice. The goal of the "Billion Words March campaign" is to reach 1 billion words captioned by the end of 2014. Academy Award-winning actress Marlee Matlin is putting her support behind the effort.
