Technology could boost career prospects for the deaf

The French government recently agreed to a 52-million-euro plan to help deaf people and the hard-of-hearing integrate more easily into society. Tadeo, a company based south of Paris, is currently developing new computer software which it hopes will drastically improve their career prospects.
